We have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. Colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen. We reserve the right to limit sales to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

Section 3 – Orders

Orders constitute an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. We may cancel orders if a product is unavailable or if errors in pricing or product information are identified.

Section 4 – Prices and Billing

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, or discontinuance.

Section 5 – Order Confirmation

An order confirmation email is sent immediately after purchase. If an item is on backorder or unavailable, any pre-authorization will be voided. If the item becomes available within 5 business days, charges will be processed and the order submitted for shipment.

Section 6 – Order Shipment

In-stock orders ship within 5 business days. Tracking information will be sent to your email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you do not receive tracking information within 6 business days of your order date, please contact us at sales@arleathercraft.com.

Section 7 – Shipping and Delivery

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, holidays, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for duties, taxes, or customs fees. If a package is refused or undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, we reserve the right to abandon the package without issuing a refund.

30-day return window from date of receipt
Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging
EU customers have a 14-day cooling off period
Refunds processed within 10 business days of approval
Items that have already been installed cannot be returned
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable

Section 9 – Damages

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at sales@arleathercraft.com with photos of the damage for insurance claim processing.

Section 10 – Cancellations

Orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $25 administration fee, regardless of shipment status. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Section 11 – Competitions

Any competitions hosted by Arleathercraft require a minimum of 15 entries before prizes are awarded.

Section 12 – Accuracy of Information

Information on this site is provided for general reference only. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel orders if any information is incorrect, including after an order has been submitted.

Our store is powered by Shopify Inc. Shopify is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for transactions between you and Arleathercraft.
